After the computer has been running for awhile, it will suddenly shut down — sometimes closing programs, sometimes just turning off completely. The bottom of the computer seems hot, but then I don’t usually check the temperature. I’m running on an AC power cord and the battery is fully charged. The computer is about five years old.

i have a a75, and my friend has a new model he got from best buy, i was wondering if his charger will work with my model, because i lost my charger and i’m to cheap to buy one so i was just going to borrow his.

Someone once told me to press the button that said “PRTSC” on the top then “SYSRG” on the bottom of the button to take a screenshot, but when I press it, the cursor blinks off for a fraction of a second and then goes back to normal.

I just want to take a screenshot I can save and upload to other sites.

I have a Seagate 160 gigabyte external hard drive. I have been able to use it on my Toshiba laptop with windows xp. But for some reason now my laptop won’t detect it. What went wrong? What can I do to have my external hdd be detected again on my laptop?
